[Otto's gills are only really actively used when he's underwater, so whenever he's breathing typical oxygen, they're in a state of relaxation. That is, up until the gill-slit is caressed by tongue. It ends up contracting, almost like a mouth clamping shut. It's a little uncomfortable when there's no flow of water involved, but in an odd way, that discomfort just adds to all the various sensations happening throughout his body, blending into the whole to increase it.
Now that there's a hand on his groin, it's truly starting to ache. In a good way, of course. He presses himself up against Bruno's palm the best he can, even as his arms strengthen their hold around his upper body. The desire for more turns his breath a bit ragged again.]
