Bruno's back and he's not re-integrating very well. Ten years in the walls has not been kind to him, after all. Maybe he has it out with the others, or he tries to hide again, or starts some unhealthy coping or other. Maybe his Gift finally destroyed his health.

Bruno's back and other people are not happy about this fact. There may be, for example, an increasing belief that he's demonic and clearly in need of an exorcism.

[It's a somewhat bony shoulder, but warm, and Bruno puts his hand over Otto's as though to hold it there. He's not sure why he's relieved, but he is. The question then becomes where to go from there? His gaze darts for a moment, then he steps forward, pressing himself into the other man's arms. A slight tremble of need runs through him but he's determined to keep this light. He grins, hands roaming over the other man's chest.]

Now... how far do we wanna take this?

[Oh no, don't ask him that. He's just pretending to know what he's doing. Still, feeling Bruno's hand on his chest like that is encouraging. No matter what it is he's doing, he must be doing it right. While he's still holding onto that shoulder, his other hand finds the back of Bruno's head. He can't run his fingers through hair, what with the webbing, but he can try stroking it.]

How about... we see where it takes us? [Their height difference is very noticeable now, and so, he ends up pressing his chin against Bruno's forehead.]

[Like so many other things about him, Bruno's hair is soft, its curls tending to try to wind around Otto's fingertips. He purrs softly at this touch, only audible in this warm silence. His hands slide upward and he lifts his head, glowing eyes lidded and warm again. After a beat he tugs the other man into an impulsive kiss, his lips already hot to the touch.

This is what he'd been hungry for, he realises.]

[Theeere it is. Bruno might want to be careful, since Otto's teeth are sharp and pointy. It's one of those physical aspects of the merperson change that he hates the most, since he's already nicked the side of his own tongue and the inside of his cheeks more than once. That's why he's extra aware of it now, trying not to deepen the kiss in any way that'll hurt. The hand on the back of Bruno's head shifts its position a bit, the heel of his palm pressing against cheekbone.]

[As so often happens, Bruno tastes like half the contents of a bar, that sharp and sweet flavour peculiar to habitual cocktail drinking. He's careful of those sharp teeth, even though the occasional poke of those little points sends heated shivers through him.

He pulls away very slowly, but only far enough to speak.]

You feel really good, [he breathes. His skin is at once very warm and softly cool, as though surrounded by a gentle mist, and his stubbly beard is soft. He nuzzles his face into the other man's hand for a moment before leaning in for another kiss. Desire stirs in him, its powerful coils sleepily shifting.]

[There's a very particular heat rising inside Otto- in his chest and also lower than that. It doesn't mesh well with his mer physique, making him thirsty and a little dizzy. He ignores it. When Bruno pulls away for a moment, his breathing is deeper and heavier than usual.]

You feel better. [That's about all he can say in a deep whisper of his own, because the next second, Bruno's leaning back in and the gesture is welcomed with an open mouth. His fingers tense into Bruno's shoulder for a second, then slide towards the back of his neck to press against the nape.]

[All this warmth might be a trifle inconvenient for Otto but Bruno is luxuriating in it, pressed against him, a breathy, purring hum in his throat. His knees are swiftly weakening with desire even as his blood boils. He pulls back again, panting, and fumbles at the buttons of his own shirt.]

Ah, god... I need to feel your hands on me, [he gasps, his voice going velvety.] Your hands and... Whatever else you might want to put on me....

[The implication that a shirt will be removed soon is one thing, but it's the smooth, husky voice that really gets Otto going. Not even necessarily the words, just the sound of it and the desire it contains. God, despite his happy marriage, he hasn't been this lustfully yearned for in many years. He's not sure he's lustfully yearned like this in years. Was it always this intense?]

I can arrange something like that... [It's almost a purr. The hand that was on the side of Bruno's face rubs down his neck until it reaches fabric. Then it detaches entirely, swoops down and dips underneath the shirt to try and find bare waist.]

[It's easily found. Bruno's clothes are pretty loose on him, and the skin underneath is warm and soft. He gives a soft, low moan at that touch, and then gives up on the buttons entirely, just pulling the shirt off over his head, the tie going with it.

He's probably just as thin as Otto figured he'd be, possibly thinner, the kind of soft and willowy of someone who'd always been slender and was recovering from something that had made him truly thin. His collarbones are prominent and the outline of his ribs almost visible over a small belly. There's something in Bruno's past, for sure, something he's clearly all about moving on from given the way he lives his life, now. He craves sensation, craves contact, and it's all the more evident now by his hectic skin and the way he arches into Otto's hand.]

Mmmmh, that's... so good....

[It's true that Otto had expected a more slender, bony physique, but nothing quite like this. Bruno looks frail, almost, and it has him wondering whether he should be more careful. It also has him wondering whether this is a Shade thing, or whether Bruno was already like this before the monster transformation. He can't ask- he wouldn't know how. It's just an idle query, nothing more.

None of that will stop Otto from running his fingers along Bruno's waist until the palm of his hand finds the small of the man's back. He pulls Bruno up against him even more, to get as much physical contact as possible out of this.]

It is, isn't it?

[Bruno chuckles, just a soft, warm throb of sound.] You're confident. I like that. But you're confident and overdressed. [Long fingers toy with Otto's waistband before pulling his shirt upward, just enough to slip those fingers under it, echoing the other man's touch.

Pulled this close, the lust coursing through Bruno becomes obvious by the swelling heat between his legs. He almost seems to read hesitation in the way Otto touches him and stands on his tiptoes for a moment to kiss him again.]

I won't break, [he murmurs, as though knowing what his voice does to people when it's all husky like that, its usual slight rasp made warm and desirous.] 'M not as fragile as I look. Do what you wanna do--I need it....

[Otto's abdomen is pretty soft- soft and doughy. Despite his size, he's got no actual muscle to him. That's not the sort of thing he's self-conscious about, though. Muscle is overrated, just a bit of pointless hot air compared to the mind. Normally, he'd be warm to the touch, but the merperson physique has thrown a wrench in that. Now it's almost like a clamminess without truly being moist.

Feeling those fingers and hearing that husky voice... It's really awakening something in him that's been so distant up until now, it's almost like it's a foreign entity. He's growing restless, and going by Bruno's words, that feeling is mutual. His other hand moves down to Bruno's waist and with that firm hold, he begins to move them towards the nearest suitable pile of pillows and blankets. Anywhere will do, in his opinion. Once he's got Bruno lying down, he can get started on removing his own shirt.]

[Bruno likes it, anyway, if his hands all over the skin he's found is any indication. His palms are gentle but not light, sliding over every inch he can get to.

When he's moved he goes willingly, pausing only to turn off some of the lights that festoon the structure.]

Too much light hurts my eyes, [is all he says before he sinks down onto the cushions, gazing up at the other man, watching him with lidded eyes. Lying there, he feels a little wanton, a little salacious, but he revels in it. Too much time spent alone. Too much time spent fearing losing his body entirely.

He slides his hands lightly down his own middle and a breathy sound leaves him as he makes short work of unfastening his trousers.]

[If he were honest about it, Otto would admit that the lights being turned down is something of a blessing. He's never done this with anyone but his late wife before and if he were to think too hard about something like that, he might just panic a bit. The reality of the situation could pack a very hard punch. The less he sees, the easier it is to just go with the flow and not overthink it.

His shirt takes a moment to remove, considering he did bother unfastening all the buttons. His shoes are kicked off in a more careless manner, though, abandoned in the middle of the room. He's not wearing socks, as it turns out, because he hasn't found any yet that mesh well with mer feet. The pants- well, he can work on that later. First, he wants to descend on Bruno, straddle him, rub his bare chest, go in for another hungry kiss...]

[Oh, god, yes.... This serves to melt Bruno further, the breathy sounds in his throat growing hungrier. His hands come up to slip into Otto's hair, short claws gentle against his scalp. He arches under the hands on his skin and a moan hums into the join of their lips. It seems he really likes to be rubbed and caressed there. Almost desperately he drags soft hands along Otto's shoulders, then around to his back, keen to return even a little of the bliss growing in him, layered on with every touch and kiss. They roam blindly over the other man's sides and middle and chest, searching for what would melt him the way Bruno himself was melting.]

[The encouraging sounds are all Otto needs to keep his focus on that particular area, splayed hands rubbing and stroking. The webbing between his fingers probably serves to make the sensation even grander. On occasion, his hands will curl and sharp fingernails will run along Bruno's skin, just to add a pleasant little sting.

As for Otto himself, while the kiss does grow a bit more intense when his hair is tousled, the real reaction doesn't happen until Bruno's fingers are near his spine. That's when he gasps into the other man's mouth, his muscles tensing up from the overwhelming sensation. The scars left by the nanowiring are no more than tiny dots, but they run all along the length of his back and that whole area has become sensitive as a result.]

Haah... Oh god... [It's a deep whisper, muffled against Bruno's cheek.]

[Bruno smiles warmly and a little blurrily at this, his fingers skating tenderly over those spots again. Gently, gently, in slow, experimental strokes. He hums throatily at Otto's reaction as much as at his touch, and turns his head to gently catch the other man's earlobe between his lips, his hot tongue following right after them.

His eyes fall shut and the odd, smokelike light in his hair dims and brightens with his slow, heavy breathing.]

Mmmmhhh... I like these sounds, [he murmurs slowly.]

[Compared to what's happening to Otto's back, the earlobe thing feels almost trivial, somehow. He's aware of it, but unable to truly enjoy it, as his attention keeps getting drawn away. He wheezes against Bruno's neck, his hands trailing up and down the man's sides with rhythmic strokes of his own.]

Heh... I aim to please. [God, what kind of statement was that, even? He must be delirious. That's when Bruno's fingers hit a very particular spot along Otto's spine and almost in a reflex, he ends up rolling his hips, trying to apply more pressure against his aching groin.]

[Bruno doesn't mind. He's said goofier things during sex. Besides, a playful air is part of what makes it so good.

When Otto's hips grind against his he muffles a louder moan against the other man's neck, his hands clenching and digging his claws into his shoulders, pulling him even closer. His own hips squirm, pushing hard, throbbing heat upward against him.]

I... oh, god, I need you.... [he rasps, pressing fervent kisses to Otto's neck and collarbone.]

[Oh- Oh, there's that pressure he was hoping for. It's both satisfying and maddening, because he wants more of it and he wants it now. Bruno's words certainly imply one very particular path to get there, but that's exactly where things get a little tricky, filling Otto with apprehension. His hands slow their movements and while his lower body is still pressing down, he raises his head up just a bit. Not enough to really make eye contact, but more something for easier speech.]

Ahh, you should know I've never... Not with another man, I mean. [He knows there's easier routes to take; hands and mouths can serve those sorts of purposes as well. But if Bruno wants that... God, he has only a very vague idea and no actual experience. If there's no lubrication they're shit out of luck anyway, but he rather expects Bruno has something stashed away in his room.]

[He can't say he's ever been anyone's first male partner. And yet a kind of calm makes its way through the haze of desire. He's still hard, still lust-drenched, but he cards his fingers through Otto's hair.]

We can think of something... if you're uncomfortable, [he whispers.] We don't have to do anything you don't want to do. Mmmh, I'll let you lead....

[Aw, come on, he's not uncomfortable, he's just- ... Alright, he's a little uncomfortable. He was fighting very hard not to be, but not that Bruno's drawn attention to it, it's difficult to ignore. Releasing a deep breath, he lifts his head further upwards so he can catch Bruno's lips in another quick kiss.]

... I'm sorry.

[Even with the decision being left up to him so gracefully, he still feels bad about it. The best way to make up for it, he supposes, is to run his hands further down the front of Bruno's body. As he does so, he shifts most of his weight and the position of his legs sideways. His fingers sink below the navel area and travel even further down.]

Don't be sorry, it's--mmmmhh! [He breaks off and dissolves into heated moans as those fingers slide further down, over the curve of his belly and into his trousers, onto desperate, throbbing flesh. Shamelessly he rolls his hips, lost in delirious bliss, head dropping back. He paints a salacious picture indeed, eyes closed, lips parted, moaning softly as he nearly forgets everything else in this wave of pleasure.]

[Otto wasn't expecting a reaction quite that stark, but then again, the fact that his body's temperature is below that of the typical human being must've intensified the sensation of his touch. And he quite liked that reaction, he comes to find. It sent a chill down his spine. Even as his lips curl into a mischievous grin, his fingers curl around something else to allow for easier stroking.]

How's that? [The question is a breathy whisper near Bruno's ear. He already knows the answer, he'd just very much like to hear it.]

[A full-throated moan escapes him and he crams his hand against his mouth. His other hand clutches a fistful of blanket.

It's the cooler temperature, and the webbing enveloping him more than a normal hand would do, swirling in with his already extremely desirous state that has him so thoroughly drowning in sensation, his sapience fleeing.

At the question a few small incoherent sounds leave him before he manages words.
