I do work at a cosmetics parlor that deals in spa items...
Though I suspect the closest I can get to tropical flower scents are proper flowers. Perhaps I ought include some pressed flora in the greeting card accompanying it.
But of course, I heard nothing!
(If I may, do you share housing? If I can deliver it to her home rather than using the clinic as a mid-way point that ought make it much easier for everyone I suspect.)
